Prayer
is the base of every step of the Operation Christmas Child ministry. Throughout the year, we hold multiple prayer
meetings where the participating churches can come pray with us for their
shoebox evangelism events, for the children and their families, for the safe
arrival of the materials, and more…
So
far this season, we have held two large prayer meetings, in the cities of
Apizaco and Tlaxcala City.
We always
love to witness brothers of many different denominations all holding hands and
praying to our same God, each in their own prayer styles: a beautiful example
of the Church!
We know our Creator and
Savior God hears us and responds (
And if
we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of
him. 1John 5:15), and we await His mighty work this Operation Christmas
Child season in all of Mexico!
