Painting New Calvary Church Building

Work continues on our new rented church building…
Besides finishing the outer fence and installing windows, Paco and other brothers have started painting.
The important project: painting a sealant on the unfinished floors in the two classrooms to reduce the amount of dust and dirt that accumulates.  With games, stories, and diaper changes for the children on the floor, the dirt definitely needed to be controlled.

They also painted the children’s classroom in bright colors, with a blackboard area for chalk.  Anita, one of the children’s teachers, even painted John 3:16 on the wall- amazing!

Paco (the carpenter who claims to know nothing about carpentry) built a closet and counter in the classroom, and installed shelves in the other room.

Progress continues on this Lord-provided space to make it a blessing for His Church, and all those who come to worship and know Him!
